Precursor application forms

Companies who deal in precursor chemicals need to be licensed or registered with the Home Office.

New regulations for obtaining licences for precursor chemicals

Since 18 August 2005 there have been important changes in procedure for obtaining licences to trade in substances that can be used as precursor chemicals in the manufacture of illicit drugs. For more details:

Application forms for companies who deal in precursor chemicals

Application for a licence to enable an operator to supply and engage in the manufacture and import or export of category 1 substances .

• Application for a licence to trade in category 1 substances (part 1)
• Application for a licence to trade in category 1 substances (part 2)
• Application for a licence to trade in category 2 substances
• Application for a licence to trade in category 3 substances

Enduser Declaration

Companies need to submit an enduser declaration form 

• Customer declaration of specific uses of the scheduled category 1 or 2 substances (individual transactions)
• Customer declaration of specific uses of the scheduled category 2 substances (multiple transactions)
